Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued once the server is live and operational, even if the user requests one after deployment.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team. Your refund request will be reviewed, and we will notify you of the decision within a reasonable time frame.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take upto 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
