This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our VPS and Cloud server hosting services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• If the server is not delivered after payment or if there is a delay in server deployment.
• If there is a technical issue preventing the server from being deployed successfully.

Refunds will not be issued once the server is live and operational, even if the user requests one after deployment.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team. Your refund request will be reviewed, and we will notify you of the decision within a reasonable time frame.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take upto 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
