We provide VPS Servers and Cloud Servers to our customers for hosting purposes.
We accept payments through Razorpay. Once payment is made, the service will be activated as per the selected package.
Refunds are provided if the server is not delivered or if there are delays or technical issues preventing the server deployment. Once the server is live, no refunds will be issued even if requested by the user.
In case of violation of any of the following terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user's account immediately without prior notice:

2): High Traffic News Website & E Commerce Website Not Allow
3): Spam/Threats Website
4): Phishing Website
5): Email Marketing
6): IRC Scripts/Bots
7): Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
8): Pirated Software/Warez
9): Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
10): Large collection of MP3, MP4 files and/or DVD/CD ISO Image Files, and movies.
11): Prime Banks Programs
12): Lottery Sites
13): Forums and/or websites that distribute warez/pirated/illegal content
14): Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
15): Adult Site (Porn Sites)
16): Push button mail scripts
17): Bitcoin Mining
18): .tk, .ml, .cf, .ga domain hosting not allowed if someone found, we will termiante service without any prior notive
19): Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
20): Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
All shared hosting plans are for web hosting purpose. we not allow hosting of download files like mp3, wallpaper download site, movies downloading/streaming site or bot site under our hosting. All such sites will be Suspend by our server team without any prior notice
21): CRC, UCL, Mitra UIDAI, or anytype of Print Portal Website strictly prohibited
Our servers run on 100% green energy. In case of any downtime, users may be entitled to a compensation of 30% up to ₹300 if they are disappointed.
All compensation only give in user credit balance.
We store customer data on highly secured encrypted servers to ensure privacy and security.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
